Pittsford Performance Care offers a free clinical neurologic pattern assessment to help identify the underlying constraint patterns driving complex symptoms — including post-concussion syndrome, vestibular dysfunction, autonomic dysregulation, cervical spine dysfunction, brainstem sensitivity, and sensory processing difficulties.

This evidence-informed screening tool evaluates eight neurological domains: brainstem, vestibular, cervical spine, autonomic nervous system, visual-motor, sensory processing, interoception, and limbic system. Results identify your primary constraint pattern and sensitivity tier to guide clinical decision-making.

The tool is designed for patients experiencing concussion recovery, chronic dizziness, dysautonomia, PANS/PANDAS, post-viral fatigue, and related neuro-developmental conditions. It is an educational screening instrument, not a diagnostic tool.
